Mythloom is operated by Serhii Lakodei, a sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine ("we," "us," or "the Operator"). By accessing or using Mythloom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mythloom is an AI-powered interactive comics platform where users read branching stories and make choices that shape the narrative. Stories are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude for text, Google Gemini for images).

Mythloom is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or Google. Their models are used as third-party integrations.

3. Account Registration

You may sign up using Google or email/password via AWS Cognito.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Our Romance and Horror genres are intended for readers aged 16 and older — see our AI Content & Safety Policy.

4. Free and Paid Access

Free tier: unregistered visitors can preview up to 3 story nodes. Registered users get daily credits to keep reading.
Plus, Creator, and Studio plans: Plus ($7.99/month or $59.99/year), Creator ($14.99/month or $119.99/year), and Studio ($29.99/month or $239.99/year) grant a monthly credit allowance and unlimited reading; Creator and Studio additionally let you create your own stories.
Binge Pass and Sparks packs: one-time purchases (not subscriptions) — a Binge Pass ($2.99 for 72 hours) grants temporary unlimited reading, and a Sparks pack adds credits to your balance.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Monobank.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

All story text and images are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unexpected content.
Mythloom is not responsible for the specific content of AI-generated stories.
We apply content filters and prompt engineering to minimize harmful output, but no system is perfect.
All characters and faces are entirely fictional. Mythloom does not accept photo uploads and has no face-swap, deepfake, or likeness-replication capability — see our AI Content & Safety Policy.
If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it via the feedback button.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
Create multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits.
Use automated tools to scrape stories or overload the system.
Generate, request, or attempt to generate NSFW, explicit, or sexually suggestive content, or otherwise violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Mythloom platform, brand, and design are owned by us.
AI-generated story content is provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
You may share stories via the platform's built-in sharing features.
You may not republish, sell, or redistribute generated stories without permission.

8. Availability

We strive to keep Mythloom available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mythloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
