Refund Policy

1. Payment Processing

Payments on Mythloom are processed through Monobank, a licensed payment service provider. Mythloom, operated by Serhii Lakodei, is responsible for all refund decisions and support inquiries directly — Monobank does not manage refunds on our behalf.

2. Subscriptions

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription payment.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Refunds are not available for renewal payments requested after the 14-day window.

3. Credit Packs

  • Unused credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Credits already spent generating stories or images are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds are not offered for partially used credit packs.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@mythloom.club with your order date and the email address used at checkout, and we will process the refund via Monobank to your original payment method.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed via Monobank within 3–14 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to reflect the refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
