The Undersong of Emberlow

In the coal town of Emberlow, silence is law after dark — because the collapsed mine beneath the streets hums with the voices of the dead, and any sound draws them up through the earth. When her twin brother vanishes into the shafts chasing their dead father's ghost, lamp-keeper Josie Vane must break the town's oldest rule to find him, only to learn the silence was never protection.
