When failing amusement park janitor Milo Fitch gets zipped into the beloved mascot costume for the park's last-ditch reopening weekend, he discovers its ancient occupant refuses to ever come off — and demands one million genuine laughs by Sunday night's finale, or it will shed its cartoon skin and devour the town's joy for good.
